Change You Paradigm, Realibrate

 Change the Paradigm

New Year’s resolutions are fragile by design. They’re built on pressure, timelines, and the false promise that willpower alone can fix everything. Most don’t fail because people are weak — they fail because life is real. And when they break, they leave behind shame instead of growth.
So change the paradigm.
Set intentions instead. Intentions aren’t rigid or performative. They don’t collapse the first time something goes sideways. They adapt. They hold. They reflect how you actually want to live, not how you think you should live.
Set intentions to put yourself first — not as an act of selfishness, but as an act of self-respect. Set intentions to build boundaries that protect your energy and your peace. Boundaries don’t push people away; they expose who can meet you where you are and who only benefitted from you having none.
For a long time, life is shaped by other people’s expectations. Breaking out of that takes work. It takes learning — sometimes painfully — what it means to be true to yourself instead of palatable to everyone else. Real love, the kind that isn’t rooted in fear or approval, doesn’t exist without self-trust. You can’t love cleanly if you’re still abandoning yourself.
This kind of introspection isn’t comfortable. It brings clarity, but it also brings accountability — for the choices made, the boundaries ignored, the relationships entered without enough self-worth to walk away sooner. Most regret isn’t about what was tried and failed. It’s about what was tolerated for far too long.
Intentions change that. They don’t erase the past — they anchor the future.
That’s the shift.
That’s the work.
That’s the Untethered Warrior path.
