It Could Always Be Worse, Accept the Now

There are moments when life feels unbearably heavy. When your mind spirals, despair creeps in, and it feels like you’re standing at the very bottom with no clear way out.
And then—sometimes unexpectedly—you meet someone who looks at your life as if it’s something to envy.
Someone who has lost their health.
Their home.
A loved one.
Their job.
Their sense of safety.
It doesn’t mean your pain isn’t real. It is.
Rock bottom looks different for everyone, and pain is not a competition. What hurts you still matters.
But perspective has a way of quietly shifting things.
The truth is, strength isn’t always about overcoming or fixing or rising dramatically.
Sometimes strength is simply getting up anyway.
Showing up anyway.
Putting one foot in front of the other when everything in you wants to stop.
And sometimes—despite the weight, despite the fear—the bravest thing you can do is still find a reason to smile.

Not because life is easy.
But because you’re still here.
Still moving.
Still standing.
