You are Enough

 Are you an overachiever?

Or are you just someone who never lets yourself rest?
You give everything you have.
To your work.
To your family.
To the people who matter.
And somehow, it still feels like you came up short.
At night, when the noise finally stops, the verdict shows up anyway:
I should have done better at work.
Been more present at home.
Handled everything better.
There is no finish line for someone like this.
No moment where you finally say, okay, that was enough.
Because the pressure doesn’t come from the outside.
It comes from inside you.
Relentless. Unforgiving.
I am harder on myself than anyone else has ever been.
And maybe that’s true for you too.
At some point, this stops being ambition and starts being self-harm.
We confuse worth with output.
We confuse love with exhaustion.
So where do you go from here?
You stop being your own enemy.
You stop punishing yourself for being human.
You stop living like your value has to be earned every single day.
If you’re waiting for the day you finally feel worthy,
you’ll work yourself into the ground and still feel empty.
Enough was never something you had to earn.
